JOB TITLE: SMARTCASH PSB MARKET DEVELOPERS (MD). MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The purpose of this job is to support Sales & Distribution team in activities to increase the subscriber base for SmartCash PSB Services in the assigned region with the aim of increasing revenue and Wallet users, count, work closely with the Sales & Distribution team and alert them of any potential business opportunities for additional sales within key clients.

·         Coordinating all Agent management activities within the territory (recruitment, replacement, training, on-boarding, monitoring, trade asset, trade collateral, branding)

·         Drive compliance to regulation and Agent agreement

·         Drive and track Agent activity and performance

·         First point of call for issue resolution

·         Coordinating Agent engagement across area of coverage (Quarterly agent forum/meetings)

·         Coordinating market activations / market storms across the different communities within area of coverage to drive public awareness of the channel

·         Driving knowledge-sharing sessions across branches

·         Conducting market research on unique/ bespoke products required to drive adoption of the Agent Channel

·         Other tasks as assigned

 QUALIFICATION:

Minimum of OND/NCE, with 0 – 1 year work experience in sales, customer services or related field.

 MONTHLY REMUNERATION:

₦37, 000 Basic Pay and ₦35,000 Variable pay (based on performance)
